Abstract

Abstract – The reflection proposed in this contribution stems from a training experience carried out during the academic year 2022-2023 as part of the degre course in Philosophical sciences and education at the University of Ferrara. Reflective autobiography is an effective method for reworking and re-signifying one's experiences, making them an active part of the construction of one's daily actions. Starting from this premise, during the training course for the curricular internship, each participant is asked to elaborate their own narrative from favorable or unfavorable experiences lived in the past in education or school. The article presents and discusses the results of the thematic reflective analysis of over 260 narrative texts written and shared by participants in the dedicated virtual Classroom space. From the school memories of future educators emerges the figure of a teacher capable of building and maintaining educational relationships that promote well-being at school: an inclusive teacher who sees and values each pupil, recognizing them in their subjectivity and uniqueness.
