Abstract

The Covid experience has certainly been a disruptive event in people’s lives, raising new issues but also generating unexpected outcomes. In particular for educators, who base their professionalism on relationship aspects, the social distancing has certainly represented a critical element; but at the same time it has constituted an opportunity to start trans-formation processes. Through a process of research and training, the educators of the services of the municipality of Trieste were confronted with “disorienting dilemmas” that constituted an opportunity to start a reflexive re-examination of the basic premises that characterise their professional action and the perception of well-being in the working contexts.
