Abstract

In a social, economic, political and cultural scenario deeply in evolution, the figure of the socio-pedagogical educator needs to develop its professional identity through a learning and training process that leads to the acquisition of complex and transversal competences, that enable to critically read the contexts and to structure coherent and suitable interventions, by linking theories with practice. The Bachelor Degree Courses in Educational Sciences (L-19) seek to answer to this challenge through training programs that make the internship a fundamental opportunity for experimentation and skill development. The paper will focus on the Traineeship of Bachelor Degree in Educational Sciences of the University of Milano-Bicocca. It will analyse its structure, clarifying its pedagogical assumptions, examining in depth the pedagogical supervision in small groups as its specific feature, and proposing a critical reflection on its conditions and limits.
