La dimensione penalistica della violenza domestica nella cornice della Convenzione di Istanbul

Abstract

The article addresses the issue of law enforcement measures against domestic violence adopted in the criminal field by the Italian legislator in the light of the obligations contained in the Istanbul Convention. In a nutshell, the steps that have led to a positive implementation of the national regulatory framework are reconstructed, also highlighting the close synergies between the juridical sanctioning dimension, on the one hand, and the cultural-educational dimension, on the other, in the prevention of the phenomenon under analysis.
