Abstract

Abstract This paper analyzes a topical issue of great ethical responsibility, such as teacher training, and promotes, in an increasingly structured way, in-depth reflection on the possible practices underlying it, in order to answer appropriately to the professionalism of personnel working in educational services 0-6. The construction of an inclusive culture and the achievement of skills aimed to the early detection of difficulties in the child’s developmental process become key issues perceived, in their relevance and emergency, by preschool teachers involved in the three-year More Opportunities for Every Child (MOEC) research project, within the Erasmus+ program. Given the complexity and plurality of the project actions, this paper focuses only on one of the planned outputs, related to the design and implementation of a training model structured around the needs of the participants.
