Abstract

The paper aims to investigate the civil liability of the school in the Italian legal system in case of damages caused to a pupil by another pupil or in case of damages inflicted by a minor on himself and damages caused to a student by a third party in the School context. Particularly the article proposes a critical analysis of the recent legislative reform on children under fourteen leaving School premises (art. 19 bis del decreto legge 16 ottobre 2017, n. 148).
