La tutela delle vittime di violenza domestica o di genere nel processo civile

Abstract

The paper analyses the tools to combat domestic or gender-based violence in the civil context. The 2021-2022 reform of the civil process has prepared a simplified procedure that is applicable whenever the party – in the context of a judgment on the family crisis – attaches a fact of violence or abuse. This fast-track procedure makes it possible to adopt in a very short time the most appropriate measures (which generally take the form of protection orders) to protect the victim, resulting in the interruption of the cycle of violence.
