Abstract – The article presents the first results of a Research-Training carried out with the curricular teachers of a Comprehensive Institute in the province of Savona, Liguria Region. The two-year process, which involved a total of 107 kindergarten, primary and lower secondary school teachers, started in September 2022 and will end in 2024. After a careful analysis of the training needs of the teachers who requested support of the University in order to prepare a planning tool that would help them structure truly personalized and individualized learning paths. The need perceived as a priority by the teachers was to be able to effectively implement in practice the encounter and dialogue between the EIP and the planning of the classroom, also taking into account what was defined from the perspective of the ICF. In addition to the tool, the various phases of carrying out the analysis, reflection and processing activities carried out with the teachers will be presented.
