Abstract

The need to face the Covid-19 pandemic situation has incisively affected the school. In this pandemic emergency particulary urgent is the need to ensure continuity to teaching using the new technologies. The digital teaching poses new challenges for data protection that the schools, the teachers, the students and the families will face. In fact the opportunities of the Web may entail risks, in particular for the privacy and dignity of minors. Therefore a correct and conscious use of new technologies is absolutely necessary. This paper outlines indications taken from measure, opinions and notes of the Italian Data Protection Authority and MIUR and the Ministry of Education.
