Abstract

The article aims to analyze the meaning of the internship as an educational and training method through a pedagogical analysis of the principle of formative alternation. This principle is based on the constant circularity between experience and thought, theory and practice, work and school and it has the purpose of an integrally developing the potential of every human being. The formative alternation can constitute the theme that allows the realization of internship able to promote the autonomy and the responsibility of each one.
