Abstract

The complexity of today's social contexts requires educators not only to possess a robust and structured content but above all to be able to access and take advantage of this heritage in a diversified way, but consistent with their professional identity. Since 2016, the Course of Study in Educational Sciences of the University of Trieste has embarked on a path of important change in its internship practices, making use of the methodology of pedagogical supervision, both individually and in groups. Pedagogical supervision is part of an articulation of the training internship based on the triad epistemologically based “teaching-laboratory-training” in which the supervisor works - metaphorically as a "tailor" - to achieve a personalization of education. The result is a development project "sewn on" each apprentice to provide a set of cultural, motivational and reflective tools.
