Abstract

Future teachers’ education can be a strategic asset to foster the relationship between teachers and parents towards a partnership made by common actions and shared perspectives. The contribution focuses on the curricular internship, due to achieve a MD in Education, as a gold opportunity to open debate and reflect on the implicit assumptions that drive some kind of usual practice, as they can be identified within the school daily routine. The partnership between teachers and parents cannot be given for granted, it has to be consciously designed and carried out; in this regard we need to enhance interpersonal skills, sensitiveness and meaningfulness in our interns through the habit of reflection.
