Abstract

The current situation about relationships between schools, families and students signals an undoubted decline in the climate of mutual trust between these actors in the school system and a growing weakness of the school and its teachers in addressing this situation, no longer supported by institutional certainties of the past. Therefore, a reflection on these issues in recent years must concern social life, regulations aimed at regulating the Statute of the rights and duties of students, attempts to involve parents in the life of the school through the various Pacts of Co-responsibility and the recurrent changes in the assessment procedures of students, in intersection of learning, frequently opposed or disruptive behavior and actions.
