Riflessi d'arte figurativa nel Fuoco di D'annunzio

Abstract

This article examines and compares, in the exuberant literary prose of Fuoco by Gabriele d'Annunzio, all the elements that regard the figurative arts: from a simple allusion to a certain artist or artistic work, even in some ways characteristic, to the pages of ekfrasis wider, to the descriptive sections with a tone and an expressive style inclined to a figurative representation of the landscape elements through a "pictorial" use of the word.
